Wave Function X LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Sync Heart, a two-phone question game for people who are physically together. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

1. Information You Provide

• Display name: The name you enter so the other connected player can recognize you.
• Game answers: Answers you choose in Guess Me and 5 Second Truth.
• Support messages: Information you choose to send through our support form.

Sync Heart does not require an account, email address, phone number, public profile, contact list, photo library, camera, microphone, or location access.

2. Peer-to-Peer Game Data

Sync Heart uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity and Nearby Interaction frameworks so two nearby iPhones can connect and play.

When two phones are connected, your display name, game state, selected answers, and reveal results may be sent directly to the other connected device. This is used only to run the two-player game experience.

Peer-to-peer game data is not posted to a public feed and is not used for matching with strangers.

3. Automatically Collected Information

We and our service providers may process:

• Purchase information: Subscription and lifetime unlock status, processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
• Anonymous app/user identifiers: Used by RevenueCat to manage purchases and by the app to recognize the same purchase state.
• Device and interaction signals: Basic app launch, purchase, and campaign-attribution events may be sent through TikTok Business SDK when enabled, subject to your iOS tracking permission choice.
• Technical logs: Limited server or app logs used to keep the app working, debug issues, and prevent abuse.
