These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Sync Heart, operated by Wave Function X LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Sync Heart, you agree to these Terms.
Sync Heart is a two-phone question game for people who are physically together. The app lets two nearby iPhones connect and play games such as Guess Me and 5 Second Truth.
Sync Heart is not a dating service, social network, public profile app, or stranger-matching service. You are responsible for choosing who you play with in person.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Sync Heart. Some prompts may involve dating, attraction, relationships, jealousy, friendship boundaries, or other mature social situations.
Sync Heart is for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.
Many features require two physical iPhones running Sync Heart near each other. The app uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity and Nearby Interaction frameworks to support local device-to-device play.
If only one device is available, parts of the app may be limited or unavailable. This is expected behavior.
Sync Heart's questions and results are for entertainment and conversation only. They are not psychological, medical, legal, relationship, or professional advice.
You are responsible for how you answer, what you reveal, and how you act on conversations that happen during or after the game.
Sync Heart may offer:
Pro unlocks unlimited play and premium game access. When two phones are connected, if one phone has Pro, both players may access Pro features while connected.
Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
